What Is the Blueprint Value Map?

The Blueprint is a structured visual framework that captures the full planning landscape of an organization — from strategic goals down to tactical metrics — organized by business function. It serves as a living operating system for connected planning.

Every blueprint shares the same foundational anatomy: columns represent business functions (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, HR, IT, etc.), while rows represent planning horizons (Strategic, Operational, Tactical). Corporate goals sit at the top, driving alignment down through the entire organization.

The key insight: data flows bidirectionally — a change upstream ripples downstream, and a metric shift at the tactical level surfaces strategically. The Blueprint makes this invisible architecture visible.
